Where is the electric cooling fan relay control circuit on the 1999 Pontiac Montana 3.4L? (P1652)

The relay and fuses are in the under hood fuse box which is on the passengers side of the engine compartment above the battery. take the top off and turn it upside down it has a road may on it as to where the fuses and relays are in the box. Good luck :)
