Pontiac Repair: dash board wont work, pig tail, work lamps

hi i have a 2001 pontaic aztex and the whole dash board stopped working the gas gage the speedometer and the rmps what should i do to fix it , i also just had a pig tail replaced

Is the IPC the only thing on the truck that doesn't work? What Pig tail? Is it related to the problem your having now or did the IPC issue crop up after another repair. Do the warning indicators work "lamps" on the IPC just the guages quit working???
