Pontiac Repair: Headlights, drl module, low beams

Hello i have a 1998 Grand Prix GTP....for about 2 months now my low beams do not want to work..I changed my headlights once...and I have already checked all the wires and fuses...and none seem to be loose or open wire..High beams do work..I'm stuck!!

Hi adolfo:

You could have a bead head lamp switch or a bad DRL module. The low beams run though the DRL module you need to trace the ckts from the head lamp switch through the DRL module and then from the DRL module to the lo beam bulbs. The drl's are alos the lo beam heal lamp bulbs. So That is where I would start looking.
