Pontiac Repair: Aztek VSS, wire colors, axle shaft

Hi - where is this located on the vehicle and how difficult is it to replace?  I understand it can be a simple job or more time consuming depending on where it's located.  I can't find a diagram or location of it on line.

Hi Alayne:

the VSS for the speedo is on the right side of the transaxle by where the axle shaft goes into the transmission. It has 1 bolt that hold it into the trasnmission and 1 wire connector the wire colors should be yellow and purple.. Good luck :)
