Good morning Todd, where is the horn on a 1989 Pontiac 6000 LE and how can I stop it from honking?

Hi Ray:

it's inside the fender(S) depending on how many hors the car has.

You can take the horn pad off the steering wheel and unplug the wire from the back of the horn pad. I think the pad just pulls straight off the steering wheel. it's been a long time since i worked on one of these cars.
