Pontiac Repair: windshield wipers 2000 montana, windshield wipers, wiper motor

My intermittent wiper speed is the same as the regular.  This doesn't happen all the time but when it does, it's constant.  I did take it in but it wasn't happening at the time so they said they couldn't see what problem was.

issues like these that do not crop up when you take them if for repair is frustrating I know. But they were right if it's not broke at the time they looked at it it's just a guess as to what the problem is.. My guess would be the delay board on the wiper motor is the cause and not the switch. But again it's just a guess on part as well. The switches do not go bad all that often on these vans. Good luck :)
