Pontiac Repair: 1993 Pontiac Transport Horn, pontiac transport, impact bar

I bought this vehicle used and there is no horn on it, where should it be bolted to in the engine compartment?

Hi Mike:

The horns are not in the engine compartment. they are behind the front bumper on both sides of the van. they are mounted on the bumper absorbers behind the impact bar which is the rear part of the bumper. there are 2 like I said a high note and a low note.
