My electronic ventilation system shows all the indications of working but seems to only put out little or no air in all modes. Is the fan bad and where is it?

I do not hear the fan running but I can hear something moving when I change modes

Hi Rick:
do you hear the fan change in sound as the speed is increased? does the little air movement you have come out of the differnt vents meaning can you change the modes between floor and dash? does it change temp from cold to hot? if all this works then I would suspect that there is a restriction in the havc box wither the evap core or heater core is packed with dirt and debris like leaves/tree polin.. you can take the blower motor resistor out of the hvac box take a look inside and see what you see inside there. good luck :}
