Pontiac Repair: 1995 Transport Heater, heater fan, resistor

1995 Transport 3.1L.  Heater fan will not work on high speed, all other speeds work.

Hi Wayne:

well it can be a few things. Blower switch,resistor or high blower relay. All can make it not work on high. You need a wiring diagram to see what input your missing to the resisitor or the relay. Sorry I can't tell you exactly what the issue with out seeing it. You could also have a wiring issue at the resistor,switch or relay. From time to time when the motors start to go bad they have a high current draw and the terminals in the connectors can get hot and actually melt the connector.. Just a few things to look at.   Good luck :)
