Pontiac Repair: Antifreeze smell, pontiac sunfire, coolant level

2003 Pontiac Sunfire 2.2 echotec

Every since I owned this car, purchased new, every once and a while I get a smell of antifreeze while driving. Temperature seems ok just getting that coolant smell.

Any ideas

I would first check the coolant level in the jug under the hood. If the level is low, I would then consider taking it to a repair shop, and having the coolant system pressure tested.
I would also consider this anyway, to see if there is any loss in pressure.
