Pontiac Repair: 2003 grand prix 3.1 4 door, rotor assembly, hub assembly

the right rear wheel will lock up when spun forward then will spin free for 1 turn and lock again this is with the car jacked up, it seams to drag somewhat at times it makes a sound like the wheel is loose when driving but the wheel is tight any ideas?

Hey Butch. Well it's either a brake issue or a wheel bearing issue. I would take off the caliper and rotor and rotate the hub if it still does it it's the hub assembly bad Being that you have noise I would bet on it. If it's gone then either the barke caliper is hanging up or the parking brake shoe is binding up on the inside of the rotor assembly. Good luck :)
