Here is EXACT procedure from GM Si

Open the rear compartment.
Remove the rivet from the rear compartment lock cylinder retainer.
Remove the retainer from the rear compartment lock cylinder.
Remove the rear compartment lock cylinder and gasket from the rear compartment lid
