Pontiac Repair: AC condenser, ac condenser, internet search engine

Hi-
The condenser on Pontiac (2003 Vibe) failed after only 1 year. The dealer installed a new one (no charge). How long can I expect this new condenser to last?

Any ideas or thoughts?  Have you heard of this being a typicaly problem with this car?

the life of the condensor depends on several variables.extreme heat and rough terrain,lots of vibration can cause failure.smooth highway driving can be quite easier on equipment.i have not heard much about this problem but gm has a website for recalls and problems with certian vehicles.an internet search engine should locate for you.
