Pontiac Repair: pontiac sunfire 96 computer-autotheft, pontiac sunfire, pcm

I just recently changed my PCM in my automatic 96 sunfire. I try to start the vehicle and it starts but one second later it dies and the anti-theft flashes. How would you go about resetting the ANTI-theft without going to a dealer?

The theft relearn is as follows:turn the key attempt to start,eng stalls,leave key in on position,security lamp will flash,leave key on for 10 min or until security lamp stops flashing,turn ign off and then attempt to restart the engine,the PCM will learn the key at the start attempt.if you need more help let me know,Thanks
