Pontiac Repair: water pump pully, negative battery cable, serpentine belt

the guide pully on my 1993 grand am has come off. How much dis assembly must I do to get at the water pump?  Raise the engine? 3300cc

Hi, disconnect the negative battery cable.
Yes you will have to jack the engine up.
Remove the right engine mount.
Loossen but do not remove the water pump pulley bolts.
Remove the serpentine belt.
Unfasten and remove the idle pulley then the engine brace.
Unfasten the water pump bolts and remove the pump with the pulley attached.
