Hi Dave.
I baught a 83 944 in need of some help!
the wireing under the dash is a mess and i can't
find a diagram of witch relay goes where and
wich is what, my manual has nothing.

Hi Doug,

I can answer any specific question you have about a non-working component,  but what you really need is this:
Porsche Automotive Repair manual, published by Haynes.  It's their product number 1027 or 9U4-1027.  It covers '83-'89.

Your local auto parts store has it or can get it, but it'll be around $20.  Better to get it online at places like bookfinder.com, or other similar sites.  Used are much cheaper and usually you can't really notice the usage.

Page 198-202 --Wiring diagrams for '83.

You'll throw away any other manual you have.  Enjoy.
