I have a 1968 911 with a 2.2 engine.  How much oil does it take to properly fill the oil tank and crank case?  Thanks

Hi Evan...

I've never been fortunate enough to own a 911 with a dry sump oiling system...but I do understand this issue seems to come up every so often.

The documentation I have says the 2.2 liter engines, in fact all the 911 engines up to 2.7 liters, have a capacity of 9.5 US quarts of oil.
