Do you know where I can find the relay for my domestic refrigirator it is the 7000 series fited into mu fiat lunar champ 621 yr2006

If you have a number, you can try an electrical supply store that sells to the electricians.  They can maybe order one.  You can try a supplier like Servall in Michigan (google them) to see if they can get a part or can direct you.  You can also try the manufacturer.  they may not sell parts but can tell you who does.
