RV Repair: motor home, waterheater, water heater

can you tell me where the switch to start the waterheater is on a 1982 pace. I can't seam to find it thanks

Is it possible that the water heater is a manual lit pilot?  You may have to go to the water heater and light it with an ingiter.  If not, and you think this is automatic, I would look under anything that looks like a panel.  We have a chevy class C with a hidden panel above the entry door.  It didn't look like a panel until we discovered it was.  Now it does.
