RV Repair: norco ref. in 97 jayco 37 ft., 12 volt, high limit

Question
I tried my ref. at home on electric and worked  fine-traveled 25 miles to camp--plugged in and won't work on electric wants to switch to gas---I do have electric to plug

check the braker pannel inside there is a high limit reset on the flue some times. you can try to shut the gas off and turn it to ele if not then be sure you have 110 volt and 12 volt really need the model to be more help
