RV Repair: rv air not running on generator only, rv air, plug power

hi the air will run on plug power but not on just generator... any advice

ML, Does everything else work on generator? If nothing else does then I would say to look at the transfer switch. If everything else does then I would guess that it is not in the generator circuitry or that side of the generator is out. It would help knowing what this is in and what all it has. Like 2 airs or 1 and a motor home or trailer. Thanks, Bill
