RV Repair: ROOF REPAIR VS REPLACEMENT, rubber roof sealant, good luck

HOW CAN YOU EVALUATE WHEN IT IS TIME TO REPAIR OR REPLACE A RUBBERIZED ROOF.

Hi Scott. Most can be patched if torn anywhere. It may only have to be resealed. Ck to see if the sealant is cracked. If so, you can reseal with a special rubber roof sealant. I would only look at replacement it there is any wood damage under the rubber. Good Luck.
