RV Repair: RV Slideout Motor, motor mfg, kmg

Question
I beleive the electric motor in my slide is going as it moves very slow and sometimes not at all.  I have 'oiled the eight rollers on the slide and they appear to turn - thus my thought that the motor may be on it's last leg. The following is on the motor.

Do you know what name of this motor mfg is?

The manufacturer of the motor should be on the motor it's self.  there are so many different venders for these parts that you never know what is used, and there is no listing per say just as an automotive parts supplier would have.  You can contact the manufacturer of your trailer and they should be able to tell you.  Another thing that will cause the same problems that you are having is a switch that has bad internal contacts, bad connections at the battery or motor, or switch, and a marginal battery.
