RV Repair: heater/ac controll, hose connections, positon

Question
I have an '84 Itasca motor home with 454.  The chasis is P 30.  The boot where four colored vacume hosed that go to the controll dry roted out and droped the lines.  I am trying to find out the positon of the 4 lines in reference to the controller.  The controll unit is Chevrolet.
