RV Repair: R/V Air Conditioners, coleman dave, duo therm

Question
We are trying to locate a replacement Thermostat. Ours has failed. Electronic Control Kit Part #310499.002 is listed as what we need, but not available. We ordered a controller from a local R/V parts dealer, but was not the correct item.  I know that we are not the first to have this problem. Can you steer us in the right direction? Thank You

You don't say what the make of the A/C is.
I would try to find the webpage of the manufacturer, or a phone number if you have a manual, and contact them. But if it is a very old one, then it might not even be available any longer.
It is probably a Duo-Therm or Coleman.
