RV Repair: slide out, keystone sprinter travel trailer, sprinter travel trailer

Question
I have a 2003 Keystone Sprinter travel trailer. Recently the slide out on one side stopped working. It will slide manually if you pull as we slide out the side that is working. What should I look at to repair it myself? Also how can I find a dealer nearby on-line?

Is this a hydraulic or electric slide configurstion?
The Hydaulic system uses a double action cylinder and the electric uses a rack & pinion style slide.
