Saturn Repair: Cooling fan, saturn lw200, fuse block

Question
I have a 2001 Saturn lw200.  When the car starts there is a loud hum I believe it is the Puller fan.  It doesn't turn off.

I think it is the relay but wanted to get your opinion.  The car is not overheating.  All A/C etc is still working.  Just a loud fan that runs.  When it is cold or hot.

Thank you for the question. I believe it's your cooling fan, What I normally do is to switch out relays to see if it is accually a relay. (there are relays in the fuse block that are the same..

Also I believe that they have resistors,(not quite sure where it is hidden, The reseon I say a resistor, is because sometimes on the Vue, the resistor will be damaged and cause the same thing to happen.......
