Question1.What if anything is causing this problem ;Light1 is ON most of the time; it is steady & not blinking
2.It does not appear to be a problem as I have ridden thousands of miles with this condition
3.I've now been told that if condition is not fixed my vehicle wont pass inspection; Can they do this? I cant pay more than $150 to fix this problem as money is an issue. Please help me as I must have my vehicle inspected by the end of September 2007

First, you need to have your car scanned to see why the light is on, you can goto autozone, or pepboys, and they can scan it for you.If your not having any drivability problems it just might be something minor.
About number 3.........Yes you can fail the inspection because , lets just say an o2 sensor is causing the problem, that is part of your emissions, and we all know that pollution is bad, they WILL fail you and will make you get it fixed.
So get the car scanned and give me the codes from the car and we will go from there..ok
