Transmission will shift all gears and than shortly will start down shifting do you have any idea what is causing this?

 I need a little more information in order to help you out.  Are you feeling a loss of power, like when you're going up a hill?  Or, is your transmission shifting erratically?  Let me know a little more about what is going on, and I'll let you know what I know.

 The only advise that I can give you is to have your Catylitic Converter checked at your local muffler shop.  That is the only problem that I can think of that would make your vehicle downshift while driving on a flat highway.  Without more specific information I can't tell you much more than that.  Hope this helps.
