Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): yardworks snow blower

Question
I bought a yardworks Tecumseh snowblower second hand.  There is no manual with it and I cannot see how to change the oil on it.  The serial # is 1I112130046, and there is another #31B3H-0.

snowstorm coming, really need to get the blower in good working order.

There should be a model number on the engine.

Does you engine have an engine oil dipstick?
How old is the blower?
Can you attach a picture of the blower and the engine?
