Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Mower wont start

QUESTION: I have a Toro self propelled 6.75 22" cut that won't start. I've changed the filter,spark plug,cleaned the carb and added new fuel and it still won't start.

ANSWER: Did you remove, dis-assemble and clean the carburetor with compressed air from an air compressor?  Have you verified you have spark?

QUESTION: Didn't completely remove the carburetor,just the bowl and cleaned out port holes and any hard particles located in bottom of bowl.

What is the 5-digit Toro model number of your mower?  The model number is located on a sticker, about the size of a business card, usually located on the rear or rear side of the mower.
