Where on the subject engine is the carburetor located, and can the carburetor be cleaned in place without taking it off the engine?

The carb is covered by sheet metal or plastic.  Can you follow the fuel line from the fuel tank to the carb?

To really clean the carb you need to remove, dis-assemble and clean with compressed air from an air compressor.

Search You Tube for videos on cleaning Tecumseh carburetors or snowblower carburetors.
