Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Manuel for a Snow King Snowblower

I gave our son a Snow King  snowblower 10-12 years ago and he moved to Nevada and left it with mein NY.  He didn't leave the manuel so now I  need one to find the part # for the short cable thatattached the control onthe handlebar to the augar.  

The question Ihaveiswherecan I findthe manuel orpart # for a Snow King model 2784000.

MURRAY OEM 584747MA, 584747 CLUTCH CABLE.
