Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): oil leak

i have a tecumseh ohh50 68002c and when it runs it leaks oil around the governor shaft and i have also noticed oil leaks around the oil plugs ( which are tight ) ... the motor is not that old and hasn't been ran much. do you have any idea what would be causing it to leak after running a few minutes?

Are you using SAE-30 weight oil? Does the oil smell like gasoline and is it thin and runny?

You could have a vacuum leak but this is not common on too many Tecumseh engines.
