Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): SNOW CHIEF snowblower parts, true value hardware, traction belts

Have a Snow Chief snowlower, Model SC8250F, 8 HP. Told manufacturer COULD BE  "NOMA" of Canada, MTD, Bolens or LawnBoy. Originally purchased at TRUE VALUE Hardware in 1988. Any ideas WHERE to locate AUGER  &  TRACTION belts  & FRICTION DISC.  ???

Do you have the old belts to measure the length?  

In 88 the blower could have been make by General Power as well.  MTD bought General Power and owns the Bolens name as well

Toro owns LawnBoy.

Murray bought Noma and then Briggs and Stratton bought Murray.

Can you attached some pictures of the blower along with the picture of the model number so I can do some more research?
