Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Poulon fuel/air screws, poulan weedeater, air screws

I need a tool to turn the fuel adjustment screws on my Poulon chainsaw.
They are in a hole too small and too far down for a normal torx to reach. I understand there is such a part - #530035560
Is  this a valid part # and how to get such
