Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): broken wire, briggs and stratton, engine numbers

I have a snapper 51355 with engine numbers 90702 3080 01 89033004. The wire that attaches to the frame and comes around the front of the engine broke off. I am not sure where it is supposed to be attached to, to re attach it. Can you help me with the location.

I believe the wire you can talking about it the engine shut-off wire...pretty much the only wire on the engine unless you have the electric start version.

The wire connects to the shut-off switch near the carburetor.
