Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): exmark lazer hp 46in triton deck, crank shaft, bolt holes

can I change from a 19hp kawasaki to a higher horse power kawasaki engine as long as the crank shaft is the same size,will the bolts mount to my mower from a 19 hp to 25hp ?

Most of the engines "foot print" are the same, meaning the bolt holes should line up.  I would spec the engine just to be sure.  Having the same bolt pattern allows engine and mower manufactures options to power equipment without having to modify the manufacturing line/tools.

What is the 19 hp model and serial number?  What is the 25 hp model and serial number you are thinking of using?
