Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): briggs18 hp lnteck wont start, safety switches, solenoid

i have a briggs 18 hp lnteck
motor that wont start checked starter,fuse ,battery ,i turn  key and it does nothing no click or anything.was running great now nothing

Did you check the safety switches on the deck, transmission, and seat?  

Is the starter solnoid receiving 12 volts DC on the solenoid exciter terminal when the key is in the start position and all the switches are configured for starting?
