Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 287707-0225-01, fuel delivery, fuel line

My Murray will start for a moment then turns off?? What can I check and how?

Do you have a wire running to the bottom of the carb?  This could be the culprit,  Spray some carb cleaner in the carb, crank it over..does it start?  Will it run for a couple of secs and quit?  If so you have a fuel delivery issue.

You could have a plugged carb in which case u need to rebuild it,
You could have plugged fuel line
You could have no fuel in the tank
It could be the fuel is shut off?
