I have a honda gx390 13hp, on the block #are 389 cm,also gcaa/onr2 last set of numbers 4010333   

how to troubleshoot charging and reason keeps discharging battery

Step one is to make sure your battery is good by charging it fully and doing a load test on it.  It may simply be a bad battery.  

Second you have to find the draw, all you have is a key switch and an internal charging coil, so check them... I am betting you have a battery issue.
