it sat up awaile pour gas down carberator no start or smoke tride starting fluide no smoke or anything has fire  change plug still nothing

Remove your muffler and see if the rings are stuck.  You have two of the three things needed to make it run.  You have fuel as indicated by pouring gas down the carb, and you have fire.  We seem to be missing the compression.  Rings can set up when a unit sits for long time.
