Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): coil, briggs and stratton, primary coil

Im building a engine. 5hp briggs and stratton. i need to know if the wire from the coil is positive charged. I also need to know if the kill wire is positive. And where the ground is. Can you help?

If you are using a Magnatron or similar electronic ignition then there is no positive charge from the coil...except if you consider the high tension (spark plug) lead a positive charge.  Do you know if you have an electronic iginition?

The lead from the back of an electronic module is connected to one side of the primary coil inside the module.
