I am trying to get my toro 421 snow thrower to start.  I need the fuel/oil ratio first.  Model #38010

Toro has made a lot of 2-cycle snow throwers... depending on the make of engine used the mixture of gas/oil is different. It's either 16/1; 32/1; or 50/1.. If the model # is still on the machine you can lookup the owners manual at toro.com, or call a dealer with the information ..On My machine the mixture is stamped on the fuel cap, it's 32/1.. mixture( 32oz of gas/1oz of oil.
