Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): toro mower online repair manual, riding lawn mower, assembly drawings

I would lioke to know if there is a web site that shows the online repair manual  with blowout diagrams for a 1996 toro riding lawn mower with 52 inch mowing deck and snow thrower attechements. I am having a problem with the tractor not moving either direction i have it in a shop now
and am having it repaired but its getting so expensive that i know i could fix it my self  if i Had a repair manual either book or online.  thank you in advance Bill
