Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): amf 70s snow blower, spec numbers, speed model

well i have a  questions 1 can u convert to electric start it is a 5 hp 2 stage 5 speed model #13600900ga3 it started when i got it and now i cant get it started think i might be just to week to pull start it when i start it i have to manually open the choke and i can send pics if neede i dont have a lot of money and am trying to do it myself PLEASE HELP 6 IN. SNOW COMMING
