Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Noma shifter

QUESTION: Hey John,
Got a noma riding lawn mower from neighbor.  it was changing gears fine but while riding it to my house it got a flat tire..Bought a new tire and now the mower doees not move.  I took the wheel off and the axle is moving, but very slowly.  Any ideas?  If it is the gear box do you know where I may find a used one?  Thanks   beth

QUESTION: model numberA3912-011 code 0112 serial number sj0135023...Need to mention that when I first started taking off tire I loosened four bolts behind tire 1 broke so I replaced all 4 bolts...2 bolt and nut and 1 threaded but didn't go through the casing.....if you have any manuals would love to get a copy for mine if possible...Thanks for your help...Beth
