Hi Eric, again Juan from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I have an OHV Twin Cylinder (14 HP Briggs). I have a problem with a small spring..I don't remember where to install it. I think it´s the Spring-Governed Idle. I took a photograph..could you tell me - PLEASE- where it goes, with Paint you could mark anywere it goes in the picture I attach. I´ve already searched for manuals but it´s not clear were it goes.

Looking at at older manual (1995 version) the governed idles spring connects to the bottom of the governa arm (near the governor arm pinch bolt) and then to a hole on the bracket assemble. The hole on the bracket assembly is located near the governor arm pinch bolt.
