Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): weedeater mower wont start, briggs and stratton, line ports

i have a weedeater lawn mower with a briggs and stratton 500 series motor model no. is 9614no/502 22 inch cut. if i have left out anything let me know i am trying hard to fix this so i dont have to borrow a mower. the mower acts like its out of gas i cant find a filter on it or a place to adjust the gas flow could you point me in the right direction

This number Model no. is 9614no/502 is not any kind of number that Brigs uses.

There should be on the engine a Model # Type  and Code on the engine look near the engine controls.This engine has no fuel filter or any kind of adjustments. The problem is there is dirt inside the carb,tank and fuel line ports.This carb can't be rebuilt if cleaning it does not work then replace it with this # 795477 e Sell them on our web site $24.10
