Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): B&S Series 450 question, briggs and stratton, small spring

I recently took apart my mower engine to give it a clean. I now have a bit of a problem though. Got it all clean but can't rember how to put the throttle control springs back in the right spot. It has a little hook thing with both springs attached to it and I just can't find the right way to get it back on. Its a Briggs and Stratton series 450 148cc push lawn mower. Any help would be grately appriciated.

Note:  You may not have the small spring as this is for a governored idle.
